本文选择标准型圆盘犁作为试验研究对象，以圆盘犁刀为具体的仿生设计部件，运用触土部件减粘脱土理论，在仿生表面改性、改形研究以及传统圆盘犁刀结构基础上，首先对圆盘犁刀进行了若干种仿生非光滑结构不同组合设计，继而制作了两组试验用仿生圆盘犁刀，最后对设计加工的仿生圆盘犁刀，分别进行了正交试验设计和二次回归试验设计，在室内土槽中进行了研究条件下的耕作试验。
